Having experienced the benefits of mediation first hand during his own family crisis, Ben has become a passionate advocate for, and a capable practitioner in the art of mediation. Ben received his training mediation at CDR Associates in Boulder, Colorado and received additional training in Divorce and Child Custody Mediation through ADR, Inc. Additionally, Ben has received further training that includes an intensive 100 hour internship in High Conflict Divorce Mediation with DRP, Inc.

Ben's diverse background includes being a licensed realtor with expertise in rental management and construction. Additionally Ben is an aviator with experience in General Aviation and corporate flight department management.

Ben is a 24-year veteran Captain for American Airlines and previously served in crewmember training evaluation and leadership development.

Ben's interest in conflict resolution involves a broad range, from domestic/family disputes to construction, real estate and small business issues. He is also highly familiar with issues relating to conflicts in aviation and airline settings.
