In 2000, Dispute Resolution Professionals, Inc. was chosen as the exclusive mediation provider for all pre-petition personal injury claims in the Service Merchandise Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The appointment was made after intense scrutiny of our experience, qualifications and abilities by the Federal Bankruptcy Court of Middle Tennessee, local counsel, and Skaddon, Arps, Slate, Meager, and Flom, the bankruptcy counsel for the debtors.

Members of our organization have worked with, or are approved mediators for the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, the U.S. Postal Service, the U.S. Department of Interior, the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. National Park Services, U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Services, the EEOC, and many state and local organizations located throughout Colorado.
